PS: The PWM81 oscillator is completely different from the one used on previous PWM products.

We still have to make a characterization before confirming the values, but our designers made great efforts to reach your spec requirements.

a few minutes ago I discussed with my colleagues about AT90PWM316 RC osc accuracy (I think you know about this actual issue). Therefore I would like to ask about your qualification results of PWM81 RC osc. Can you confirm the data we agreed on in 2007:

 - 1% Atmel calibration accuracy for a 3V and THOT
 - 2.5% deviation over temperature
 - 1.5% deviation over Vcc
 - Jitter <= 0,1% for PSC output periods >= 125ns (PLL driven by RC, no resonator)

To achieve the latter, we discussed about 2 RC modes, "low current" and "low jitter". Obviously you needn't both modes?

As we are working on a bunch of new layouts using this chip, please, can you send us an update regarding this topic as soon possible?
